	The Homes by Dickerson team is led by President and CEO Linwood Strickland who has been in the local home building business since 1975. Linwood and his dedicated team of professionals are known for their integrity and commitment to build their customers the home of their dreams. Because Homes by Dickerson builds custom and semi-custom homes, each project is highly unique, ensuring that each homeowner receives a personal level of care and customer service that is unmatched.		Douglas brings 20 years of management to Homes by Dickerson as a Project Manager. He attended East Carolina University, where he earned his Bachelor of . Previous work experience sharpened his management skills and he now manages all lot clearing, all foundations and all town homes built by Homes by Dickerson.
Brant W. Chesson VP OF CONSTRUCTION		Michael Mehringer PROJECT MANAGER
	Brant brings a decade of experience to Homes by Dickerson. As VP of Construction, Brant manages all phases of construction through a supervisory role that includes planning, permitting, scheduling, building and closing major projects. He assists top management with product development and customer relations while leading four project managers.		As Project Manager for Homes by Dickerson, Michael oversees and supervises the construction of homes in Cary and Raleigh. With nearly 10 years of experience, Michael brings many achievements, including one Gold and two Silver Parade of Homes awards. Michael strives to continue his education and is currently working to complete the North Carolina Builder Institute program, achieving the Master Builder designation.
Jonathan M. Showalter COMPTROLLER		Marc Masotti PROJECT MANAGER
	Jon has been with Homes by Dickerson for more than 15 years. He began as a Construction Manager, supervising the scheduling, construction, purchasing and overall management of homes. Jon now uses his experience while managing major projects by estimating, budgeting, administering purchase orders and performing cost analyses.		Project Manager for Homes by Dickerson, Marc is responsible for scheduling, overseeing and maintaining the construction process in Heritage, Wake Forest as well as George's Grant in North Raleigh. Marc is known for his detailed approach to building, as well as his creativity when it comes to design.  Marc works closely with the homeowners ensuring each home is built with the utmost quality and care.  Always coming up with a way to make each home unique, Marc measures the success of each finished home by the level of customer satisfaction achieved.  While Marc's competitive spirit makes him a successful project manager, it also comes in handy at the Homes By Dickerson "corn hole championship tournament", where Marc is still the reigning champion.
