The Homes by Dickerson team is led by President and CEO Linwood Strickland who has been in the local home building business since 1975. Linwood and his dedicated team of professionals are known for their integrity and commitment to build their customers the home of their dreams. Because Homes by Dickerson builds custom and semi-custom homes, each project is highly unique, ensuring that each homeowner receives a personal level of care and customer service that is unmatched.

Brant brings a decade of experience to Homes by Dickerson. As VP of Construction, Brant manages all phases of construction through a supervisory role that includes planning, permitting, scheduling, building and closing major projects. He assists top management with product development and customer relations while leading four project managers.

Jon has been with Homes by Dickerson for more than 15 years. He began as a Construction Manager, supervising the scheduling, construction, purchasing and overall management of homes. Jon now uses his experience while managing major projects by estimating, budgeting, administering purchase orders and performing cost analyses.
