Personalize Your New Home in Raleigh
When it comes to what your home looks and feels like, you have three options:
Start from our existing plan portfolio. After you’ve browsed our gallery of award-winning floor plans, you can place a refundable lot reservation to secure your favorite home site. This is when we’ll finalize your plan and pricing details.
Modify an existing plan in our portfolio. You can choose one of our existing floor plans and customize it to fit your needs. We’ll place a refundable lot hold on your home site while we finalize your plan and pricing details.
Create a custom design. If you want to completely customize your home, you can sit down with our on-staff licensed architect to go over your goals and needs. Get inspired by plans we have done in the past, or start from scratch to design your own. The design agreement fee can be applied towards the purchase price of your new home.
Once you have your floor plan squared away, you’ll choose all of the quality features and finished details that make your house a home. Our team will be on hand to give you ideas on how to maximize your investment range while also staying within that range throughout the entire process.
Our four state-of-the-art Design Centers offer a variety of high-quality interior and exterior selections for you to choose from. With the help of our experienced designers, you’ll choose all of the important details, from your fixtures to your cabinets and countertops, and everything in between. Our goal is to create a customized home atmosphere that enhances every moment of your daily routine.
Custom Home Interior Design
Even after your home is built, we’re still available for all of your interior personalization needs with HBD Interiors, our exclusive division that ensures your home is designed exactly to your liking.
Discuss. The first step is meeting with our design professionals for a consultation. This is when we’ll learn about all of your interior design goals and discuss how we can achieve them together. Feel free to ask any and all questions you may have!
Design. Once we have a clear idea of what you want in your home, we’ll work closely with you to create a design that involves colors, textures, patterns, materials, and more. This way, everything will be laid out ahead of time, and we can go over everything together to make any necessary changes.
Deliver. The installation process begins once we have an approved design. Now it’s time to bring everything together and deliver on our promise to create the exact space you’ve always wanted.
