The Midtown Club also keeps community connectivity in mind with amenities for building friendships with neighbors. On the event lawn, you can meet up with new neighbors for a bite from local food trucks and enjoy movie nights. For productive days, the living room area has gigabit WiFi and fresh coffee. The Swim Club

This amenity is more than just a pool and pavilion. This amenity has options for year-round fun. The competition pool is 25-meters long, so whether you want to exercise, train, or challenge a neighbor to a friendly race, it is competition ready. Kids can swim and play alongside their parents on the interactive splash pad. When you are ready to relax and escape the heat, the deck is filled with plenty of shady seating.
