Join us for some Holiday Cheer while checking off a few of your Christmas gift items as Briar Chapel hosts Holiday Sip and Shop! On December 8th, Newland Communities will host a Holiday Sip and Shop in Briar Chapel where you can tour beautiful model homes, enjoy delicious holiday treats, and browse through the wares of local vendors. Homes By Dickerson is excited to participate in this progressive event and cannot wait for you to visit our new Sales and Design Center on the tour!

First, stop by our brand new Sales and Design Center (1342 Briar Chapel Parkway, Chapel Hill) to sample charcuterie, cheese and wine!
