Grand Openings are always very exciting as we have the opportunity to reveal what we have been working on for months or even years! The Griffin Square Grand Opening will be no exception as we roll out a brand new product design and an enclave featuring a pocket park that is exclusively custom homes from Homes By Dickerson.

This new section of Wendell Falls will boast 42 home sites, all of which will accommodate our newly-designed Grayson model home with its array of optional additions including a casita or guest suite, a home office, or a shed/storage space. Choose from one of our home sites which border the beautiful common area to get a park view or from one of our home sites which back up against the trees for a great view of the woods!

Barton’s Grove Grand Opening Luncheon

Thank you to everyone who came and attended our Barton’s Grove Grand Opening Luncheon! Barton’s Grove is Homes by Dickerson’s newest community in North Raleigh offering new high performance green homes on 2 acre wooded home sites starting from the $650’s!

It was a beautiful summer day for guests to walk the community and take in the street scape and notice the exterior details and elements on the homes. Hardscape stonewall and lantern details greet each driveway welcoming you home. Homes are tucked into the trees on each home site to create privacy and a relaxing retreat.

Our model is currently located at 7001 Barton’s Grove Place in the Langley Forest on home site 2. Homes by Dickerson is the exclusive builder in this community. Buyers can select from our current plan portfolio or design something from scratch to meet their needs and lifestyle. There are 9 homes currently under contract and a few homes under construction and ready for move-in August/September time-frame in this first phase of 22 homes. We will have our Walden Pond plan coming up in the 2014 Wake County Parade of Homes in October.

Here are some pictures from the garden themed event where guests enjoyed great music by Chris Hendricks, delicious appetizers and lunch by Chef Jessie Scott and SweetWater Ices to stay cool in the heat. There were four homes open to view- the Langley Forest, the River Forest, the Banbury and the Riverwalk.

On Tuesday June 24th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm we will have a garden themed event under the tent! Chef Jessie Scott will greet you with delicious hors d’oeuvres as you stroll our streets to see finished homes tucked on 2 acre wooded home sites. Chris Hendricks will be providing great tunes to set the mood while you learn about this community and socialize with the entire Homes by Dickerson Team! Lunch will waiting for you along with SweetWater Ices to keep you cool on a hot summer day! We can’t wait for you to see these new home designs and the streetscape taking shape in this tucked away community just off of Creedmoor Road and Mount Vernon Church Road. Complimentary Valet parking will be available. Be sure to bring your business cards for chances to win prizes.

Carrie’s Reach Grand Opening Event

Thank you to everyone who attended the Carrie’ s Reach Grand Opening. What a fun afternoon! Guests were escorted to the check-in table on golf carts up arrival and picked up Carrie’s Reach mason jars that they could fill with their favorite beverage, use it while they were there and then take it home with them as a souvenir from the day. Thank you to our preferred lenders- Robby Oakes, Kerri Doyle and Patrick O’Connor, who sponsored the transportation for our guests. The sounds of Chris Hendricks filled the air as guests toured the Chamborde, St. James and Beaufort plans and learned about the homes that can be built in Carrie’s Reach starting from the $490’s.

Chef Jessie Scott of Annie Bells Catering cooked up an unbelievable lunch – spring salad, sweet potato ham biscuits, southern shrimp and grits and bbq sliders. Appetizers included red velvet waffle and chicken skewers and stuffed mushroom caps. Wanda Long served up her award winning apple and peach cobbler – yum-o! What a fun way to tour a brand new community and take a break from the office. And congratulations to Kay LaVelle with Allen Tate Realtors for winning the $100 Visa Gift Card Drawing!

Carrie’s Reach will feature 17 large one acre+ wooded hom esites in North Raleigh right off of Creedmoor Road and Mount Vernon Church Road. Two cul-de-sacs will make up this beautiful community and it is sure to sell quickly.
