A decade ago, we made a very important decision as a building company-a decision which changed how we build each of our custom homes. We wanted to differentiate ourselves from the competition but most importantly, we wanted to provide higher-performing homes for our clients and for the environment. So, we got to work. We researched vendors and programs, studied qualifications, earned certifications, and became an expert in our field-all with the intention of benefitting those who have chosen to become Homes By Dickerson homeowners.

Over the last 10 years, we have continued to embrace high-performance green building, earning us recognition as a 2018 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Green Partner of Excellence, 2018 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Best Green Home award winner, and a 2018 Market Leader Award from Energy Star (just to name a few!).

Homes By Dickerson is also honored to be a leading high-performance builder with the most single-family homes certified to the NGBS in the country*. As stewards of our client’s investment, we are dedicated to providing quality homes that offer savings, health, comfort, and sustainability. Briar Chapel ‘Home-Pro’ Themed Open House Weekend

Briar Chapel is kicking-off it’s “Home-Pro” Open house weekend starting today! Come out and tour 8 furnished models, talk with home experts in staging and color design. Homes will be open from 10am to 5pm both days.

In the Homes by Dickerson model located at 669 Bennett Mountain Trace, Chapel Hill, we will have Michele Kurleich with Triangle Staging & Design available to talk with guests from 12pm to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. Michele will be sharing great staging tips and answering your questions. Michele and her team have been doing a great job staging Homes by Dickerson’s available models across the Triangle. There will be opportunities to tour our homes and register to win to be entered into our drawing for $100 Ballard Designs Gift Card.

Homes by Dickerson has over 15 homes available to be able to walk through or at various stages of construction for you be be able to begin thinking about your new home in Briar Chapel. We also took part in two sponsored limo tours in Carrie’s Reach and in Briar Chapel. We hosted 16 Realtors with Spencer Properties for lunch in our Madison Model in Carrie’s Reach the first week. The Chatham County Limo Tour was the following week and we shared lunch in our Sullivan Model in Briar Chapel. Agents were able to view the homes and learn about our available move-in ready inventory and new and upcoming communities/opportunities.

Parade still remains our favorite times of the year! What was your favorite part of this year’s Parade of Homes in Raleigh and the Triangle? Before you know it, we will be starting to plan for 2014 Parade! We can’t wait….
