Private Tour: If you want to tour a home in person, you can schedule a private and safe tour that adheres to current guidelines. Everything will be sanitized regularly, and we ask that you wear a mask and maintain social distancing.

Just like a light and refreshing cocktail, this farmhouse-style home provides the airy, light-filled space you love, with an open-concept living area with a vaulted ceiling, green features, a peaceful study, and more.

  • 2 oz. pear vodka 
  • 2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 oz. club soda
  • Garnish: pear, thyme, or lemon

Fill a glass with ice and pour in pear vodka and elderflower liqueur. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of thyme, pear, or lemon.

Cocktail: Citrus Paloma

With unique features like an upstairs loft and rec room, a Zoom call room, a screened porch with a double-sided fireplace, and 10-foot ceilings, this beautiful home puts a calming, coastal twist on classic design.

Staycation

  • 3 oz. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. of sparkling water
  • 1 oz. tequila
  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
  • Sugar or salt
  • Lime and grapefruit slices

Place a small amount of sugar or salt on a plate. Moisten the rim of glass with a lime wedge. Rim your glass with sugar or salt. Add a small amount of ice to a cocktail shaker and to your drinking glass. To the shaker, add grapefruit juice, tequila, and Grand Marnier. Shake to combine and pour over ice. Add sparkling water. Stir gently, just until combined. Garnish and serve.

  • 6-8 blueberries
  • 10-12 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 2 oz. soda water

Gently muddle the blueberries, mint leaves, and simple syrup in the bottom of a glass. Add bourbon and stir. Add enough crushed ice to fill the glass to the rim, and then pour the soda water over the ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • Garnish: orange peel

Add the sugar, bitters, and water into a rocks glass, and stir until sugar is nearly dissolved. Pour the water and bitters into glass, stir to combine, then place the ice cubes in the glass. Pour bourbon over the ice and garnish with the orange slice.

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 piece ginger, 2-3 inch (5-7 cm)
  • 2 teaspoons honey or preferred sweetener

Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Cut lemon and ginger into thin slices. Add to the hot water. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and pour tea into a mug. Add in honey and stir.

Sift the matcha powder into a cup. Add the water and stir until no lumps remain. Stir in the honey. Add the milk and serve.

  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

  •  8 blackberries
  •  4 oz. gin
  •  2 oz. thyme simple syrup (3 sprigs thyme, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar simmered and cooled)
  •  Tonic
  •  Ice
  •  Garnish: blackberries, thyme sprigs

Muddle together blackberries and lime juice in the bottom of a mixing glass. Fill mixing glass with ice and stir in the gin and simple syrup. Stir and strain it into ice-filled glasses. Top it off with tonic.

Just like your favorite go-to drink, this classic new urban Durham stye home is satisfactory from top to bottom, with an oversized kitchen island, Zoom call room, large covered porch leading to the patio, and a grand foyer with a wrought iron staircase.Classic Dirty Martini

  • 2 1/2 oz. gin or vodka
  • 1/2 oz. dry vermouth 
  • 1/4 to 1/2 oz. olive juice (or olive brine to taste)
  • Garnish: 1 or 3 olives

In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour the gin, dry vermouth, and olive juice. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 1 or 3 olives.
