Homes By Dickerson named “Builder of the Year” at 2017 MAME Awards!

Homes by Dickerson was honored to be recognized for our 2016 efforts and achievements at the 31^st Annual MAME Awards with the highlight of the evening being named Builder of the Year for the third year in a row! It was an incredible night, held at the Raleigh Convention Center, and we are extremely proud of all of our accomplishments. The MAME Awards (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) is hosted by the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builder Association and recognizes those companies and individuals who have excelled in the local building industry. Homes by Dickerson was honored to be recognized for our 2015 efforts and achievements at the 30^th Annual MAME Awards with the highlight of the evening being named Builder of the Year for the second year in a row! 30 of our 38 employees were in attendance to support the company as a whole and cheer on those who were up for individual awards. It was an incredible night, held at the Raleigh Convention Center, and we are extremely proud of all of our accomplishments. The MAME Awards (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) is hosted by the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builder Association and recognizes those companies and individuals who have excelled in the local building industry.

Homes By Dickerson is excited to announce that we were named “Builder of the Year” last week during the 2015 MAME Awards! The MAME Awards (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) recognizes the efforts of local builders and Realtors in the Raleigh-Wake and Durham Home Builders Associations. Homes By Dickerson was chosen in its category as Builder of the Year for its commitment to high-performance building, superior architectural design, outstanding service to its clients, and quality and craftsmanship of its homes.

Our team was also presented with four additional awards during the evening including:
Best Design Center–Briar Chapel
Best High-Performance, Green Home-The Oakmont
Sales Manager of the Year-Jenn Nowalk
Superintendent of the Year-Ryan Speight

Julia Reinert, Marketing Manager for Homes By Dickerson, was also recognized for her work as 2015 MAME Chair.

MAME 2014 – Major Achievements in Sales and Marketing Excellence

This past week the Homes by Dickerson Team was part of the 600 attendees at the Annual MAME Awards hosted by the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council. This event is a showcase of the best of the best in New Home Sales and Marketing. The theme was 1950’s – Building the American Dream- We’ve come a long way!

Homes by Dickerson was proud to bring home awards for the Best Bronze Level Certified Green Home and Best Grand Opening/Special Promotion to General Brokerage Agents for our Grand Opening of Carrie’s Reach. Our newest sales agent, Jason Sanko, received the award for Best Dressed. Linda Bohling and Peter Winkler were also recognized for their Million Dollar Circle Sales Volume and for earning the Silver National Sales Team of the Year award last year at Nationals. It was a fun night celebrating with others in the industry! #MAME2014
