Homes by Dickerson entered 10 homes this year into the Parade, our largest participation to date. 7 entries for the Wake County Parade and 3 in the Durham, Orange and Chatham Parade happening over the first three weekends of October.

9th Annual Green Home Tour starts this weekend!

The 9th Annual Green Home Tour starts this weekend and Homes by Dickerson will have homes on tour in Raleigh and Chapel Hill. Homes will be open on both Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. This is a free self-guided tour open to the general public. Homes by Dickerson will have company representatives on site to answer your questions about high performance green features. Look for our Green Feature Highlight cards throughout our homes to learn more about why these features should matter to you and pick up a copy of our Top 10 High Performance Features! You can also enter to win drawings at each home and a winner will be selected on Monday May 12th.

The Langley Forest in Barton’s Grove, Raleigh :: 7001 Barton’s Grove Place, Raleigh NC 27516. This home will be complete and furnished and available for purchase. Barton’s Grove is located off Peed Road just off of Creedmoor Road and Mount Vernon Church Road and features large 2 acre-wooded home sites. Click to access the map.

The Franklin in Briar Chapel, Chapel Hill :: 307 Dark Forest Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 will be under construction.
