With our intuitive Rendering House app, searching for and visualizing your perfect home has never been more convenient. Want to find your new home from the comfort of your sofa? No problem. Whether on your phone or your computer, our Rendering House app is your go-to for all things home and helping create The Home of Your Life. Let’s get started!
Here’s how it works:
On our website, you can either hover over “Find”, choose your desired location and then access the app by looking at the available communities in which we build, or hover over “Build,” and click “Buildable Floor Plans.” Then select your desired floor plan. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Elevations.” This will take you to our Rendering House app!
Step 1: Overview > Click “Next”
- View # of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square feet, access photos.
Step 2: Design Floorplan > Click “Next”
- Choose from custom floor plan options and alternate layouts when available
Step 3: Design Exterior > Click “Next”
- Click “Select Options” on the left and select your favorite color scheme.
Step 4: Select Homesite > Click “Next”
- Select the homesite location you prefer the most.
Step 4: My Brochure > Click “Create Brochure”
- View a full overview of your new home! You can download a PDF of this design, email it to yourself, or share it on Twitter and Facebook.
It’s as easy as that! The best part about our Rendering House app is that you can always go back to a previous step and make a change. Want to play around with different home plans in the community you love? Go right ahead. Want to add even more options to your home? The choice is entirely up to you.
