With our intuitive Rendering House app, searching for and visualizing your perfect home has never been more convenient. Want to find your new home from the comfort of your sofa? No problem. Here’s how it works:

On our website, you can either hover over “Find”, choose your desired location and then access the app by looking at the available communities in which we build, or hover over “Build,” and click “Buildable Floor Plans.” Then select your desired floor plan. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Elevations.” This will take you to our Rendering House app!

Step 1: Overview > Click “Next”

View # of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square feet, access photos.

Step 2: Design Floorplan > Click “Next”

Choose from custom floor plan options and alternate layouts when available

Step 3: Design Exterior > Click “Next”

Click “Select Options” on the left and select your favorite color scheme.

Step 4: Select Homesite > Click “Next”

Select the homesite location you prefer the most.

Step 4: My Brochure > Click “Create Brochure”
