Since building high-performance homes is a passion of ours, we are excited to once again participate in The Triangle’s Green Home Tour, sponsored by the Home Builder’s Association of Durham-Orange-Chatham Counties! Not only is every Dickerson home Energy Star certified but they are each crafted to the National Green Building Standard and voluntarily built to the NC Hero Code so it is hard to choose which homes we want to put on the tour every year. Homes by Dickerson was very excited to hold its first annual Top Producer Appreciation event last Thursday evening!

More than 120 Realtors gathered at The Bailey’s Fine Jewelry Showroom in Cameron Village for delicious food, a beautiful venue, and the chance to learn more about what Homes by Dickerson has in store for 2016.

Most importantly, the Dickerson team was able to congratulate all of their 2015 Diamond Club members, with special recognitions for their Top Producers!

After being greeted with a flute of champagne, guests had the chance to view Bailey’s stunning merchandise as they participated in the store’s Tic-Tac-Toe game. Attendees appreciated the opportunity to try on beautiful jeweled pieces as well as win gift cards they could use during the evening.

Towards the end of the festivities, we recognized the contributions of our 2015 Diamond Club (every Realtor who sold a Dickerson home last year) to our success and highlighted our four Top Producing Realtors.

The MAME Awards (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) recognizes the efforts of local builders and Realtors in the Raleigh-Wake and Durham Home Builders Associations. Thank you to the more than 125 Realtors who joined us at Bailey’s Fine Jewelry Showroom in Cameron Village to celebrate the New Year and our new Diamond Club Program. Surrounded by brilliant diamonds and other gemstones, Bailey’s Fine Jewelry Showroom was the perfect place to roll out the details of our new Realtor incentives to our Diamond Club members. Guests were greeted with a sparkling glass of champagne featuring a diamond at the bottom of their flute. (Really a cubic zirconia but looked and felt like a diamond.) Two specially-marked diamonds granted their recipients each a $500 gift certificate to Bailey’s! All attendees enjoyed great food, spirits and additional giveaways in a beautiful setting while learning more about Homes By Dickerson’s new communities, custom designs and high-performance green efforts!
