Briar Chapel Home Pro Open House Weekend

Briar Chapel is kicking-off it’s “Home-Pro” Open house weekend starting today! Come out and tour 8 furnished models, talk with home experts in staging and color design.  Homes will be open from 10am to 5pm both days.

In the Homes by Dickerson model located at 669 Bennett Mountain Trace, Chapel Hill, we will have Michele Kurleich with Triangle Staging & Design available to talk with guests from 12pm to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.   Michele will be sharing great staging tips and answering your questions.  Michele and her team have been doing a great job staging Homes by Dickerson’s available models across the Triangle.  There will be opportunities to tour our homes and register to win to be entered into our drawing for $100 Ballard Designs Gift Card.

Homes by Dickerson has over 15 homes available to be able to walk through or at various stages of construction for you be be able to begin thinking about your new home in Briar Chapel.  Our team members will be in the community to answer your questions about our homes and our high performance green features.

Jenn Nowalk is Homes By Dickerson’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Broker-In-Charge. A licensed Realtor®/broker, she started her career selling new homes in Heritage, Wake Forest, representing Homes By Dickerson. She developed a passion for their quality, aesthetic, and green building features.
