Did you know that Homes by Dickerson is on Pinterest?  Do you know what Pinterest is? If you click on their “about” Pinterest page, it is simple and to the point- Pinterest is a tool for collecting and organizing the things you love.  And with 70 Million users and climbing- people are loving Pinterest too.

The Homes by Dickerson Pinterest board can be found on the link on our home page or by typing in this link www.pinterest.com/dickersonhomes . You can find tons of inspiration on over 59 boards and counting!  We have made sure to add photos from many of our most popular floorplans.  You will quickly see how our homes can all feel so different based upon trim, color, lighting, material choices and more.  We love for you to be able to customize and personalize your home the way that you want.  Many of our customers will come into our design center with pinned images give us a feel for some of their favorite things.   We will do our best to match that look or style you are going for.   Using professional photographs of our finished homes gives us the ability to show you truly how our homes can look and feel without having to step foot in every single one.

Jenn Nowalk is Homes By Dickerson’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Broker-In-Charge. A licensed Realtor®/broker, she started her career selling new homes in Heritage, Wake Forest, representing Homes By Dickerson. She developed a passion for their quality, aesthetic, and green building features. When Homes By Dickerson launched the Real Estate Company, Jenn was a natural fit to begin marketing and selling their new homes in-house. Jenn loves to see a community and streetscape come to life, knowing she had a hand in creating homes and neighborhoods where families can live their dreams. Her hard work and dedication has been recognized with a Nationals® Gold Award for Building Industry Community Spirit for the Miracle Green Home benefiting Duke Children’s Hospital and a Nationals® Gold Award for National Sales Team of the Year. Jenn serves as the Chair of the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council and she has earned the designations of CGP, CSP and CMP. Jenn was also recognized as Professional Builder Magazine 40 under 40 in 2015. When she’s not working, Jenn loves to spend time with her family, listen to live music and put her toes in the sand.
