Homes by Dickerson is excited to announce that we were one of 10 builders in the country awarded the NAHB Research Center 2011 Green Partner Award.  The Builder Partner Award is given to builders for their leadership and commitment to certifying their homes to the National Green Building Standard ICC 700; for our promotion of green building within their community; and for raising consumer awareness of the benefits of certified green, high performance homes.  The winners have demonstrated excellence in high performance design and construction and innovation through their growing inventory of Green Certified single-family homes.

Jenn Nowalk is Homes By Dickerson’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Broker-In-Charge. A licensed Realtor®/broker, she started her career selling new homes in Heritage, Wake Forest, representing Homes By Dickerson. She developed a passion for their quality, aesthetic, and green building features. When Homes By Dickerson launched the Real Estate Company, Jenn was a natural fit to begin marketing and selling their new homes in-house. Jenn loves to see a community and streetscape come to life, knowing she had a hand in creating homes and neighborhoods where families can live their dreams. Her hard work and dedication has been recognized with a Nationals® Gold Award for Building Industry Community Spirit for the Miracle Green Home benefiting Duke Children’s Hospital and a Nationals® Gold Award for National Sales Team of the Year. Jenn serves as the Chair of the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council and she has earned the designations of CGP, CSP and CMP. Jenn was also recognized as Professional Builder Magazine 40 under 40 in 2015. When she’s not working, Jenn loves to spend time with her family, listen to live music and put her toes in the sand. She is also co-founder of local charity Triangle Spokes Group.
