It’s our most favorite time of the year… the Annual Parade of Homes is here!

The Parade of Homes is one of our most favorite times of the year!  It gives us a great opportunity to showcase our latest floor plan designs, features, color palates, high performance green features and most importantly gets YOU out into our homes to see, touch and feel a Homes By Dickerson home! Every year we meet so many great people and feel this year will be our strongest year yet with 7 homes to be able to our!

This year we are offering you a chance to win some great prizes while you tour Homes By Dickerson’s completed Parade Homes in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville and Chapel Hill.   We are kicking off the HBD’s Amazing Parade Tour and we invite you to tour and play! You can also join in on the fun on-line for even more chances to enter to win.

It’s easy to play and be entered to win: 

1- Simply tour our completed Parade Homes during the weekends of Oct 5-6,
11-13 and 18-20, 2013 open daily from 12pm to 5pm.  Cards and flyers are available

2- In each home you tour, fill out a registration card and put into the basket on the kitchen counter.  For on-line entry- you can take a picture of your favorite feature, fixture or of yourself in the home- have fun- get creative, maybe throw a filter on there.  But don’t forget to put hashtag (#) on the photo or comment #hbdpt2013 so we can track and enter you.  Each post will get you an entry to win prizes.

3- No purchase is necessary to enter to win.  Remember this is fun- enjoy the tour and sign up at each home you visit.  One entry per person, per house, per weekend.  Open to Realtors and Brokers as well.  Homes by Dickerson employees are not eligible to win.  Available only to US Residents.

4- Drawings for $100 Visa Gift Cards will be held each Monday during the Parade- Oct. 7^th, 14^th and 21^st.  The winners will be contacted via phone, email and be posted on our website and social media sites.
