HOMES BY DICKERSON WINS GOLD AND SILVER
NATIONAL SALES AND MARKETING COUNCIL AWARDS

 RALEIGH, NC – Recognized by industry peers as among the best in the nation, Homes By Dickerson wins a Gold and a Silver Award at the prestigious NAHB National Sales & Marketing Council Awards – The Nationals– announced in Las Vegas on Jan. 22, 2013 at the annual International Builders’ Show.  The Gold Award for Building Industry Community Spirit for the Miracle Green Home benefiting Duke Children’s Hospital and the Silver Award for the Best Social Media Campaign cap a record-setting year for Homes By Dickerson.

 

The Nationals is the largest competition in the nation for new home sales and marketing professionals. It has paid tribute to superior innovation, imagination and marketing flair among individual professionals, homebuilders and associates and sales and marketing councils for 32 years.  Industry-leading marketing professionals, architects, builders, trade publishers and senior editors evaluated finalists from over 700 entries during a rigorous three-day process. Awards were presented during a black-tie gala celebration at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.

Jenn Nowalk is Homes By Dickerson’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Broker-In-Charge. A licensed Realtor®/broker, she started her career selling new homes in Heritage, Wake Forest, representing Homes By Dickerson. She developed a passion for their quality, aesthetic, and green building features. When Homes By Dickerson launched the Real Estate Company, Jenn was a natural fit to begin marketing and selling their new homes in-house. Jenn loves to see a community and streetscape come to life, knowing she had a hand in creating homes and neighborhoods where families can live their dreams. Her hard work and dedication has been recognized with a Nationals® Gold Award for Building Industry Community Spirit for the Miracle Green Home benefiting Duke Children’s Hospital and a Nationals® Gold Award for National Sales Team of the Year.
