The Riverwalk by Homes by Dickerson in the Hamptons at Umstead will be in the 2013 Parade of Homes.  The Hamptons is centrally located right off of Ebenezer Church Road in Raleigh and right across from the Umstead Nature Park.  Easily accessible to Glenwood Ave or Duraleigh you can quickly access several areas of the Triangle.  The Hamptons has been one of the Triangle’s fastest selling communities and has also just opened their brand new clubhouse and swimming pool.  The Parade of Homes will run October 5-6, 11-13 and 18-20th and homes will be open for viewing from 12pm to 5pm each day.  This is a free, self-guided tour open to the general public.
