Jeff Williams-Architect

Jeff brings over 30 years of experience to his position as Homes By Dickerson's in-house architect. He is passionate about producing creative and original designs and is looking forward to helping the company continue to set itself apart from the competition through elevated design quality. Jeff sees green, energy-conscious building design as a top responsibility both because of its benefits to customers through cost savings and as the right thing to do for the planet. He enjoys finding innovative solutions to clients design challenges and has been honored with numerous design awards throughout his career. In his free time, Jeff enjoys writing screenplays and has won a Nicholl Fellowship in screenwriting. He also volunteers for the Salvation Army and enjoys working in his yard and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Olivia Cerrillos-Designer

Olivia Cerrillos has a Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design from Meredith College. After graduation, Olivia gained an abundance of experience with different positions related to interior design such as furnishings, tile, cabinetry and full-service turn-key remodeling. Her recent experiences combined with her pleasant and welcoming personality ensure that her customers are happy and satisfied with the design process and can consider their new house a home. Outside of her new job, Olivia is an avid camper and enjoys the outdoors with her husband, family, friends, and of course her four-legged kids (two German Shepherds).

Turner Hairr-Designer

Olivia Cerrillos, the newest addition to the growing Briar Chapel team, has a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design from Meredith College. After graduating from Meredith College, Olivia gained an abundance of experience with different positions related to interior design such as furnishings, tile, cabinetry and full-service turn-key remodeling. Her recent experiences combined with her pleasant and welcoming personality ensure that her customers are happy and satisfied with the design process and can consider their new house a home. Outside of her new job, Olivia is an avid camper and enjoys the outdoors with family, friends, and of course her four-legged kids (two German Shepherds).

Susan Falcone-Designer

With a degree in interior design from Meredith College and a background in the building industry with specializations in tile, Susan is passionate about working with clients to turn their houses into homes. She focuses on incorporating an essence of their personalities throughout, while still achieving a timeless design. Not afraid to branch out with a bold feature or fun detail, Susan’s clients would say that she is honest and willing to push them out of their comfort zones while staying true to who they are, resulting in a custom product and one-on-one design experience. Susan has several award-winning model homes & parade homes under her belt and is excited to share the same creativity with her clients. In her free time, she enjoys being with friends and family but most importantly her husband and their two cocker spaniels, Stella & Archer!

Kelsey Hennington-Designer

We are excited to add another designer to our talented roster! Kelsey initially focused on interior design renovations before spending three years as a Project Manager for a high end custom home builder. The combination of experiences taught her to be intentional and thoughtful, allowing her to talk through and coach the field team on her visions for the finished product as well as aesthetics and functional considerations for the client. These qualifications combined with her education (a BS in Interior Design with a minor in Art from Western Carolina University) and passion for this industry makes her a perfect fit for Homes By Dickerson. Did we mention she also has her NC Real Estate License! From an industry standpoint, Kelsey is very passionate about staying ahead of the trend while she generally loves what's in, she is always looking for new ways to stand out and bring the newest and freshest ideas to her clients. She is consistently on the lookout when travelling and researching other sectors like commercial and hospitality design. Having grown up in Hickory, North Carolina-the heart of the furniture industry-Kelsey is extremely focused on the quality and craftsmanship of the products she works with from the way they are manufactured to how they are finally distributed. Kelsey's extends those challenges to her personal life as she and her husband Brett are always ready for an adventure or road trip whether it be to the beach, mountains, or somewhere closer to home like the beautiful pool in Wendell Falls. They love spending time with their sweet and energetic fur baby, visiting local breweries and the newest restaurants in town, supporting the WCU Cats and cheering for NC State-Go Wolfpack!
