Despite Homes By Dickerson’s growth from a two-man operation in 1975 to our current status as a custom builder in three different markets with over 50 employees, we have not forgotten the principles upon which our company was founded: Service, Design, Commitment, Quality, Craftsmanship, and Flexibility.

For 45 years we have worked hard to incorporate these core values into every home that we build and we remain a locally-owned, private company. WIth these concepts top of mind, we strive to consistently hone our craft; form lasting relationships in our communities with vendors, Realtors and homeowners; and exceed expectations given to us by the industry and our clients.
