This includes a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials, a two-year warranty on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and manufacturer warranties on select products as provided by each manufacturer. Our in-house warranty team is available to support you after move-in and ensure your home continues to perform as beautifully as it was built.

The base price of your custom home includes the full scope of work agreed upon during the design and pre-construction phase. Clients are also welcome to hire independent third-party inspectors if they choose.
