Raleigh New Home Expo – Carolina Comfort, A Taste of the South

Thank you to everyone who came by the Homes by Dickerson booth at the Raleigh New Home Expo.  This year’s theme was “Carolina Comfort” a taste of the South.  Being a local, Triangle grown custom home building company- we loved the theme.  Every day we work with clients to let them customize, personalize and create their home the way they want.  We wanted to offer something at our booth that showed our extra attention to detail and there’s nothing like the feeling of being “home-made”.    Our home-made cookies where crafted by the talented Angie Tucker and Christin Kubasko with Southern Sugar Bakery.  After showing them inspirations from the Homes by Dickerson Pinterest boards – “Love Raleigh” and “North Carolina”, we all agreed that these would be a great take-away for the Raleigh Realtors coming by our booth.

 

We then packaged the cookies with great patterns behind in individual bags as take-away’s for the agents as they came by.  We talked with the Raleigh Realtors about our upcoming available homes and new  Homes by Dickerson communities.  This is one of the best information gathering events for agents to learn about new communities and home builders in the Triangle.

 

In addition to gathering great information, agents were able to enter to win lots of free prizes.  Homes by Dickerson was giving away $100 Visa Gift Card and the lucky winner was Krista Abshure of Fathom Realty.

Jenn Nowalk is Homes By Dickerson’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Broker-In-Charge. A licensed Realtor®/broker, she started her career selling new homes in Heritage, Wake Forest, representing Homes By Dickerson. She is also co-founder of local charity Triangle Spokes Group.
