South Carolina Division recognized at 2019 PRISM Awards!

Congratulations to our South Carolina Division for receiving a ”Best Single-Family Home” award at the 2019 PRISM Awards on November 1st! The PRISM awards, hosted by The Charleston Home Builder’s Association recognizes “excellence in the field of sales, marketing, construction, and the promotion of new homes.”

We are excited for our Magnolia design to be named as one of the best built homes in the Charleston area.

That’s a wrap! The 2019 Parade of Homes Season has officially ended and Homes By Dickerson is very proud of the hard work and dedication put in by our team as well as our accomplishments! A decade ago, we made a very important decision as a building company-a decision which changed how we build each of our custom homes. We wanted to differentiate ourselves from the competition but most importantly, we wanted to provide higher-performing homes for our clients and for the environment. So, we got to work. We researched vendors and programs, studied qualifications, earned certifications, and became an expert in our field-all with the intention of benefitting those who have chosen to become Homes By Dickerson homeowners.

Over the last 10 years, we have continued to embrace high-performance green building, earning us recognition as a 2018 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Green Partner of Excellence, 2018 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Best Green Home award winner, and a 2018 Market Leader Award from Energy Star (just to name a few!).

Homes By Dickerson is also honored to be a leading high-performance builder with the most single-family homes certified to the NGBS in the country*. As stewards of our client’s investment, we are dedicated to providing quality homes that offer savings, health, comfort, and sustainability. The Homes By Dickerson team is both honored and humbled by the recognition received at the 2017 Parade of Homes Awards! After months of designing and building every detail of eight different parade homes across The Triangle, we are proud to bring home SIX Gold Awards, ONE Silver Award and a Perfect Score during the Durham/Orange/Chatham and Raleigh-Wake Parade of Home Galas! Our streak started strong at the DOC Parade festivities held on October 3rd at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill where both of our Briar Chapel entries brought home the gold. Our beautiful Covington Farmhouse design in Henderson Place, which competed in the same categories as our Briar Chapel Bristol, was awarded with a silver award as well! The team carried this momentum until the following week when we attended the Raleigh-Wake event on October 9th at the fantastic Reynolds Coliseum on the NC State Campus. Homes By Dickerson was beyond thrilled when four of their five homes in the Raleigh Parade Tour were announced as Gold Winners, one even achieving a perfect score by the judges! We know how hard every builder works to showcase their talent and their designs so we are extremely grateful for the attention placed on our custom homes.
