Wendell Falls hosts annual Sip and Shop!

Join us for some Holiday Cheer and check off a few of your Christmas gift items at the same time as Wendell Falls hosts annual Sip and Shop! On December 7th, Newland Communities will host its annual Sip and Shop in Wendell Falls where you can tour beautiful model homes, enjoy delicious holiday treats, and browse through the wares of local vendors.  Homes By Dickerson is excited to participate in this progressive event and cannot wait for you to visit our two decorated model homes on the tour!

She has earned her CMP and CSP designations and received her Masters in Residential Marketing (MIRM) in 2017. Julia’s client-centered focus builds lasting relationships. In her free time, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is involved with her church and community service projects and her hobbies include photography, writing, planning events, cooking, reading and traveling.
