Today we stopped by our Haywood development that is underway to get a progress report. We are anxiously awaiting getting started on this new Homes by Dickerson community in North Raleigh featuring estate homes from the $650s. Often with development work things take longer than you would hope, but you want to get it right. As the ground continues to be sculpted into streets and home sites, at one point there were 16 dump trucks lined up to haul away dirt that had been excavated. It was quite an impressive site to see. Three cheers for moving those dump trucks and hauling that dirt out of there! That gets us closer being able to move forward!

We are excited to share some photos from our latest development underway, Haywood. Soon to be Homes by Dickerson’s newest exclusive community in North Raleigh. Located just off Glenwood Ave and Pinecrest Road, this community could not be more centrally located! Minutes to great shopping, restaurants, RDU airport, Research Triangle Park and more! We get very excited about moving dirt and creating a vision of what can be.

There is still lots of work to be done before we can share more details of what we will be building here! We have been creating concepts and vision boards to create a unique feel and theme to Haywood! We can’t wait to share it with you. With only 25 home sites, you will want to act quickly!
