Our reasoning is clear: We want our buyers to know that we can make their dreams a reality. We want our homeowners to walk through the rooms we have built for them, envisioning their life held within those very walls. We want to continue researching, brainstorming, perfecting, designing, and building the best custom, high-performance homes available. Parade of Homes allows us to do just that. At the end of the day, it is not about the awards or the accolades within our industry-though we are honored to receive them. Another Exciting Round of Parade Awards for Homes By Dickerson!

The Homes By Dickerson team is both honored and humbled by the recognition received at the 2017 Parade of Homes Awards! After months of designing and building every detail of eight different parade homes across The Triangle, we are proud to bring home SIX Gold Awards, ONE Silver Award and a Perfect Score during the Durham/Orange/Chatham and Raleigh-Wake Parade of Home Galas! Our streak started strong at the DOC Parade festivities held on October 3rd at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill where both of our Briar Chapel entries brought home the gold. Our beautiful Covington Farmhouse design in Henderson Place, which competed in the same categories as our Briar Chapel Bristol, was awarded with a silver award as well! The team carried this momentum until the following week when we attended the Raleigh-Wake event on October 9th at the fantastic Reynolds Coliseum on the NC State Campus. Homes By Dickerson was beyond thrilled when four of their five homes in the Raleigh Parade Tour were announced as Gold Winners, one even achieving a perfect score by the judges! We know how hard every builder works to showcase their talent and their designs so we are extremely grateful for the attention placed on our custom homes. It is due to the dedication and commitment from every member of the Homes By Dickerson family that we are able to accept these accolades.

The excitement was certainly building at this years 2015 Parade of Homes Awards! Homes by Dickerson entered 10 homes this year into the Parade, our largest participation to date. 7 entries for the Wake County Parade and 3 in the Durham, Orange and Chatham Parade happening over the first three weekends of October.
