Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Briar Chapel Lawn & Garden Open House Weekend! A huge thanks to Chris Ward and his team at Davis Landscape for putting in beautiful patios and stone walls for us to be able to showcase.

Chris Ward with Davis Landscape was there to talk with homeowners and prospective buyers to learn about some of the benefits of a permeable paver patio as well as all the steps involved to lay a flagstone patio. We had lots of sweet treats and even grilled out on Sunday. A few games of cornhole were played and overall a great weekend to be able to get out and tour some of the beautiful available move-in ready homes in Briar Chapel.

Who is ready for Spring? …. I know we are and many of us here in Raleigh and Chapel Hill are over the wintry mix of weather we have been having and looking forward to the official start of Spring this Thursday. What better way to celebrate than with a Lawn & Garden Themed Open House in Briar Chapel, happening this Saturday and Sunday, March 22 and 23rd from 10am to 5pm. Homes will be open each day and Homes by Dickerson representatives will be onsite to answer your questions about our homes, communities and offer great landscaping tips!

We will have our landscaping partner, Chris Ward with Davis Landscape Ltd, on hand at two of our move-in ready homes along Bennett Ridge Road to showcase great outdoor living space features, green building landscape options, landscape maintenance and more.

49 Bennett Ridge Road, The Roanoke, (Lot 334) – which we will be showcasing a flagstone patio and stone bench.
65 Bennett Ridge Road, The Albermarle, (Lot 335) – which we will be showcasing a patio made from permeable pavers and a stone bench.

We will also have some sweet tea and lemonade to sip on and treats to enjoy as you talk with Chris and learn about great outdoor living space options for your new home in Briar Chapel or enhancing your current home.

Our model, The Oakmont located at 649 Bennett Mountain Trace, Chapel Hill, NC (Lot 91) will also be open and available for viewing as well. We will have entries to win $100 Visa Gift Card in all of our available move-in ready homes- be sure to stop by and register to be entered into the drawing.
