In the spirit of the giving season, Homes By Dickerson has decided to continue our Red Ribbon Package Event through the month of December!  Purchase any of our specially selected move-in ready showcase homes between now and December 31st and receive $2,500 up to $7,500 to use as you choose based upon the home collection.  These beautiful, move-in ready homes, festively decorated with red ribbons on the front door, are located in all of our communities throughout The Triangle and can close by January 29, 2014. There is no better time of the year to go for a drive into one of Homes By Dickerson’s new home communities! The falling leaves are stunning shades of gold, orange and russet and the smell of Autumn is in the air. As you drive through any of our beautiful neighborhoods, you will also see bright red bows adorning the front doors of some of our “Showcase Homes.” These holiday bows indicate additional savings on these move-in ready homes, part of our new “Red Ribbon Package Event!”

From November 8th through November 30th, Homes By Dickerson is offering up to $15,000 “to use as you choose” on any of our Holiday Packages. Whether you want to use these savings for closing costs, rate buy downs, appliances, outdoor living amenities or any of our other packages, you know you are getting an incredible Holiday gift! It is yours “to use as you choose!”
