The Parade of Homes is one of our most favorite times of the year! It is a time when we get to open our doors to our homes for the first 3 weekends in October and show our exciting designs, details and high performance green features that we have been working hard on all year long! Much time is put into floorplan selection, design, features and all the details! DETAILS matter! Our decorator, Elizabeth Klousterman, works hard to take her visions and inspiration pieces for each home and transform them into something beautiful and inviting! Jon Showalter works hard on our purposeful design to integrate better building techniques and high performance green features to achieve a very energy efficient home that is also healthier and more comfortable than an older home.  Our project managers, Mike Mehringer, Marc Mascotti and their teams, spend countless hours making sure that the visions and purposeful designs are executed by meeting deadlines, having landscaping in, lights are on, mums and pumpkins are out, the house is clean and polished and the doors are open for juding taking place Friday morning September 30th at 9am!  It takes a village to pull off building a magnificient Parade Home.  This year Homes By Dickerson has four homes in the Parade of Homes- three in Wake County and one in Chatham County! And we couldn’t be more proud of our team (the village) who have all worked hard to get ready for this exciting event!  So welcome- we invite you to come tour homes and we invite you to make our home, your home!  Here’s how to join in on the fun during the Parade –

Pick up a copy of the Parade Book and mark the homes you want to see, or even if you aren’t sure what you want to see all you have to do if follow the signs and you will find some great homes along your path! Signs will be out front of every available Parade Home that is open for viewing.  Maps are available in the Parade Book.  You can also use your mobile device and download a mobile app to find the homes on tour.  You can find out more details on the mobile app by clicking here.

Homes will be open each day from 12pm to 5pm  on October 1,2, 7th-9th and 14th -16th. Homes By Dickerson will have homes open and available for viewing in Stonehenge Park in Raleigh, George’s Grant in Raleigh, Heritage Wake Forest, and Briar Chapel in Chapel Hill.

This year we thought it would be fun to introduce the Homes By Dickerson Golden Ticket!
