Barton’s Grove Grand Opening Luncheon
Thank you to everyone who came and attended our Barton’s Grove Grand Opening Luncheon! Barton’s Grove is Homes by Dickerson’s newest community in North Raleigh offering new high performance green homes on 2 acre wooded home sites starting from the $650’s!
It was a beautiful summer day for guests to walk the community and take in the street scape and notice the exterior details and elements on the homes. Hardscape stonewall and lantern details greet each driveway welcoming you home. Homes are tucked into the trees on each home site to create privacy and a relaxing retreat.
Our model is currently located at 7001 Barton’s Grove Place in the Langley Forest on home site 2. Homes by Dickerson is the exclusive builder in this community. Buyers can select from our current plan portfolio or design something from scratch to meet their needs and lifestyle. There are 9 homes currently under contract and a few homes under construction and ready for move-in August/September time-frame in this first phase of 22 homes. We will have our Walden Pond plan coming up in the 2014 Wake County Parade of Homes in October.
Here are some pictures from the garden themed event where guests enjoyed great music by Chris Hendricks, delicious appetizers and lunch by Chef Jessie Scott and SweetWater Ices to stay cool in the heat. There were four homes open to view- the Langley Forest, the River Forest, the Banbury and the Riverwalk.
