Most importantly, the Dickerson team was able to congratulate all of their 2015 Diamond Club members, with special recognitions for their Top Producers!
After being greeted with a flute of champagne, guests had the chance to view Bailey’s stunning merchandise as they participated in the store’s Tic-Tac-Toe game. Attendees appreciated the opportunity to try on beautiful jeweled pieces as well as win gift cards they could use during the evening.

Surrounded by brilliant diamonds and other gemstones, Bailey’s Fine Jewelry Showroom was the perfect place to roll out the details of our new Realtor incentives to our Diamond Club members. Guests were greeted with a sparkling glass of champagne featuring a diamond at the bottom of their flute. (Really a cubic zirconia but looked and felt like a diamond.) Two specially-marked diamonds granted their recipients each a $500 gift certificate to Bailey’s! Lucky 32, a lucky venue for the Homes by Dickerson Social!
If you have never had voodoo pig bread or sweet potato hush puppies, then you missed a real treat last night! Over 65 Triangle Realtors came together at our Fall Social to enjoy great food and spirits and learn about our current programs and upcoming communities. Since Homes by Dickerson has not had one of its regularly-held socials in the Cary area since 2008, it was great seeing old friends and new faces, all of whom are excited that Dickerson is again building on the West Side of Raleigh.
Everyone gathered together for over 2 hours to sample a delicious menu and catch up with their colleagues while hearing information on our newest community in Fuquay-Varina, Sunset Bluffs. Kathy Pierce with Bryan Properties was able to share the latest news on this gorgeous community located on the Holly Springs/Fuquay-Varina border which offers single-family custom homes from the $400s. Our President, Brant Chesson was also given the opportunity to remind everyone of our fantastic Red Ribbon Package event offering up to $15,000 to use as you choose on select HBD homes in The Triangle.
We wrapped up this fantastic evening by giving away an IPAD mini to our lucky winner Bob Steinfeld with Fonville Morisey, Lochmere.

We are excited about the upcoming Parade of Homes starting on October 4th and running the first 3 weekends in October. Homes by Dickerson will have 8 homes on tour throughout the Triangle. Homes by Dickerson was just recognized as having the MOST green certified homes in the state of North Carolina by the Home Innovation Research Labs. To date we have certified 301 of our homes both to Energy Star and the National Green Building Standard. Homes by Dickerson also received its lowest HERS Rating to date of 49! Our 2014 Average HERS Rating has been 56 and continues to improve with each home we build.
New Communities :: Haywood in North Raleigh, Traditions in Wake Forest, and Sunset Bluffs in Fuquay Varina
Haywood is our newest exclusive Homes by Dickerson community now underway in North Raleigh just off Glenwood Avenue and Pinecrest Road. The roads will be paved by next week and we will have 3 homes under construction very soon. We currently have 2 pre-sales and a plan portfolio that we can share with you and your clients. Our in-house architect, Jeff Williams, has really helped create a unique streetscape and incorporated great outdoor living areas. Haywood is in a prime location with very little new construction options. Getting your clients in at this stage also allows them the ability to customize and personalize their home.
Bridgewater at Traditions in Wake Forest is the new Estate section of this master planned community. Homes by Dickerson is proud to be part of the custom builder team. Bridgewater offers an enclave of 1/2 acre wooded home sites, several of which back to the Wake Forest Resevoir. We will have 2 Parade Homes in Traditions. There are several pre-sale opportunities in this community and with it just beginning there are several great home sites to choose from!
Sunset Bluffs in Fuquay Varina is now underway! Homes by Dickerson has constructed the model where Bryan Properties will be working from to sell the final remaining opportunities to be part of the family of Sunset Ridge and Sunset Oaks communities.
